Mr. Justin He is the Founder and Managing Director of Yours Marine, DNNKC’s exclusive Chinese partner company, based in Zhoushan, Zhejiang Province — one of the most active ship repair regions in the world.

With more than 20 years of experience in ship repair, dry-docking management, and shipyard operations, Mr. He has held senior positions in leading Chinese shipyards including Zhoushan Changhong, COSCO Zhoushan, Longshan, and Paxocean.

His career spans roles such as Ship Repair Manager, Marketing Director, and Acting Superintendent, managing hundreds of successful repair projects for international clients including Cyprus Sea Line, Hartmann Shipping, and Alpha Bulker Shipping.

Through his company, Yours Marine, Mr. He coordinates the local execution of projects managed jointly with DNNKC, ensuring priority access to shipyard slots, cost efficiency, and quality compliance across China’s key maritime hubs.

Fluent in English and Mandarin, he brings strong communication skills, extensive shipyard relationships, and a results-driven approach that perfectly complements DNNKC’s global operational standards.
